How Does it work?
1. Watch the drill videos
We'll send you an invite to your own personalized CoachNow space online. You will review the designated movements that we will need to film during your 1 hour on ice video shoot.
2. Film
Hop on the ice & perform the designated movements to the best of your ability…
ON CAMERA!
3. Upload your clips
You will be provided a permanent space in CoachNow where a coach can assess your movements. Here we will upload your raw footage for your review.
4. Assessment Results
Our coaches will provide detailed video analysis to improve your on ice movement comparing you side by side with the best NHL professionals in todays game.
